The Maiskogel valley station is just nearby, offering direct access to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier via the 3K K-onnection – easily reached on foot, by ski bus, or by car in just a few minutes.

In summer, a network of well-marked hiking trails and varied cycling routes start right from the property, inviting you to explore the surrounding nature.
